Ceramic
glass gets its name from its print by a silk screen
with a glass enamel before the tempering or heat
strengthening can take place, the enamel fuses
into the glass surface and becomes a permanent
coating which cannot be removed and is unaffected
by moisture, oil, soaps, etc. It is also known
as Silk Screened Glass.
Certain areas of glass or at times the entire
glass is hidden or masked for reasons as varied
as privacy to concealing the background for improving
the look of the product.
